Crooked Lake Provincial Park

The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport has issued an evacuation order for campers and day users of Crooked Lake Provincial Park due to deteriorating road conditions and flooding.

Crooked Lake Provincial Park will be closed until further notice as SaskParks staff work to address the issues caused by the rising lake levels and flooding.

Road conditions are changing quickly, so for the most up-to-date information on the best way to exit the park, please visit the Highway Hotline or call toll-free 1-888-335-7623.

Any campers expected to arrive over the next week are being contacted to delay their arrivals or change their reservations. Campers interested in changing their reservations to a different park can do so online or by calling 1-855-737-7275.

Imagine sitting around the campfire under a canopy of Manitoba maple and poplar, right on the shore of a pretty valley lake.  You can do just that at Crooked Lake Provincial Park, situated in the picturesque Qu’Appelle Valley about 20 km north of the Trans-Canada Highway at Whitewood, on highway #9 and then west for 30 km on highway #247.
